Strength and Fitness
Available as one-to-one and group services
Resistance Training
Building strength, fitness and flexibility through a combination of bodyweight, free weight and resistance band exercise, with the option of gym-based training where accessible. Fundamental in supporting and improving joint health, muscle mass and bone density.
Movement to Music
Building aerobic fitness, coordination, rhythmic ability and confidence by performing low-impact movement and simple choreography to music. Also ideal as a beginner’s introduction to dance and creative movement.
Tai Chi and Qigong
Building strength, fluidity, balance and coordination through moving meditation that emphasises breathing and relaxation. Originating in ancient China, these practices are frequently used to manage stress and anxiety, and promote focus and well-being.
Nutrition
Available as one-to-one and group sessions
These sessions aim to provide guidance and information to support healthier nutrition choices and a positive relationship with food. Depending on your needs, we might explore topics such as alternative menu options, gut health, mealtime habits and emotional eating. We will work together to build and reinforce the skills required to make nutrition and lifestyle choices that support your health and well-being goals, and promote greater freedom and peace of mind around food and mealtimes.
Life Coaching
Available as one-to-one and joint sessions
Individual Coaching
In these one-to-one sessions, we will be working together on a topic of your choosing to create positive change, defined by your values and what you wish to experience in life. Much like physical training, we will be leveraging your existing strengths, identifying areas for development and designing exercises and practices to build and sustain the skills you will need. Our work will be a collaboration, with guidance and support at every step to ensure our process remains meaningful, powerful and authentic to you.
Coaching for Collaboration
Joint sessions (2 participants) are also offered for individuals looking to communicate more effectively with each other and/or develop their ability to work together on common goals. The aim of these sessions will be to work towards genuine understanding of each other’s needs, perspective and communication style, and develop the skills required for effective collaboration and authentic, mindful communication.
Corporate Workshops
Available in person and online
Customised corporate workshops are available for teams of up to 15 people. These can be structured as well-being sessions, team building exercises or movement explorations to offer new perspectives on work-related challenges, and are also suitable as a fresh alternative to your team’s business development/client entertainment goals. The design of these sessions is very flexible and can be customised to fit your specific team objectives, so please contact me to discuss further details.
